About Us

     Smokin Roche's BBQ started as a dream in 2019. Brian Roche was experimenting. learning and mastering traditional BBQ techniques. Wanting to share his creations, Smokin Roches BBQ Instagram was created. 

      After word got out on social media, Smokin Roche's fielded many requests from friends to sell their product. The idea was if it tasted as good as it looked, it would be a hit! Unfortunately, 2020 fast approached and the world came to a stop! The dream would have to be placed on hold! 

      The dream was realized in 2021 when Brian and Stacey were contacted about catering a friend's wedding. They were met by many of the guest with incredible feedback and compliments that set the plan in motion to start a mobile BBQ business.
      Quality food and customer service has and will always be our priority.  We emphasize the importance of connecting with and giving back to the community! Food is our passion and sharing it with people from all walks of life is what keeps the passion burning!
